F.A.Q.s

Q: How will scanning my ID make this venue a safe place?
A: IDs will be scanned and photos taken of all patrons entering the hotel. These details are then kept in the register for 28days allowing us to identify known trouble makers and ensure that those entering the venue are entering for the sole purpose of enjoying their night in a safe and relaxed manner. By creating an identification loop with CCTV, identification of trouble makers is greatly improved, increasing the level of conviction of offenders involved in incidents. Ultimately, this system acts as a deterrent for potential trouble makers to the hotel.

Q: Other than scanning my ID what else is involved with the Safe Venue Project?
A: The Safe Venue Project also includes the implementation of Head Cams which will see the recording of audio and visual of incidents for the purpose of acting as a deterrent of antisocial behaviour. Regular rostered bathroom checks which will ensure a clean, comfortable and more enjoyable atmosphere for patrons to enjoy. Overall, the Safe Venue Project will aid in the improved professionalism of our venues from both a patron, staff and management point of view.

Q How does the Safe Venue Project help create a better atmosphere for females?
A:
All elements of the Safe Venue Project aim to create a more relaxed, incident free environment, free from antisocial behaviour. This is conducive to a feeling of harmony and comfort within the venues which is ultimately appealing to our female market.

At no time will your details be passed onto any third party without prior knowledge, with the exception of the police should an incident occur. Your details will also NOT be used for promotional purposes.
